Shipping to France
Free delivery on small items (accessories, clothing) for orders over €90.
For orders of small items under €90, shipping costs are €4.
Shipping of surfboards: costs vary according to size and weight, and are calculated at the time of payment. Shipping boards is expensive, and we cover part of the cost to make it more affordable. Shop collection available (see below).
Click & Collect
Free collection directly from our workshop in Marennes (17). We always prefer to meet you in person and make sure your board arrives in perfect condition. It's also an opportunity to visit the workshop and see how each board is made.
We're located just 10 minutes from the best spots on the wild coast and on the Ile d'Oléron, so you can pick up your board and go surfing straight away.
Please make an appointment in advance to avoid unnecessary travel. We can usually open specially for collection on request (subject to availability).
Returns
Custom surfboards are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
For other items, returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of returned items.
Remember to include your name and address with the return so we can track your order.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items.
